Understanding the Basics of Spanish

Before you begin to familiarize yourself with any vocabulary words you must be able to understand the sounds that each letter makes. Once you understand the alphabet you will be able to sound out any word. Remember the date or at least the year when you first began or will begin your Spanish learning journey. Record the date if you may. Keep track of your progress from that day forward. Decide how often you would like to practice per day, per week, or even per month. However much information you can retain if solely up to you as an individual. There is no set time or quantity of learning for everyone. Relax, take your time, and most importantly, have fun learning your new language. If you are not enjoying yourself while learning, then you are more likely to quit before you begin to see progress.
